Majid bin Saad Al-Osaimi, a member of the Board of Directors of “Itqan Capital Company”. A leader with experience in the government and private sectors, Chairman and Board Member of several Saudi joint-stock and private companies. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Azm Company, Aseel Financial Company and Wajd Holding Group. Previously, he worked as a general manager for the Social Development Sector and the Office of Strategic Transformation at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Mr Al-Osaimi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.
